Stages of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

  • Stage 4. For some, ordinary happiness is not enough. They need spiritual wholeness. Therefore, the goal is to move from a sense of incompleteness to wholeness and freedom

These goals do not come with specific time frames; clients and therapists spend as much or as little time on each as they deem necessary.
